Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy

At The J&C Factory, we strive to provide you with high-quality clothing and exceptional service. However, we understand that sometimes plans change or products may not meet your expectations. Please review our policy on cancellations, returns, and refunds to help you understand how we handle such requests.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Before Processing: If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 3-4 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, please contact us your order details. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

  • Cancellation After Processing: If the order has already been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. However, you can request a return once you receive the order 

We want you to love what you ordered! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging.
    • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.
    • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for returns.
    • Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our support  team. Provide your order number, reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

    After approval, we will send you instructions on how to return the item. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refund Process:

    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
    • If your payment was made via credit or debit card, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
    • In cases of COD (Cash on Delivery), we will issue a refund via bank transfer or store credit, depending on your preference.
  • Refund Deductions: Please note that shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color:

  • Exchange Eligibility:

    • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.
    • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
    • Exchange requests are subject to availability of stock.
  • Exchange Process: contact us  to initiate an exchange. Once your exchange is approved, we will arrange for pickup of the item and send you the replacement as soon as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us  immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with your order number and videos abd photos of the damaged item.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Please Note : Unboxing Video is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Final Sale or Clearance items
  • Underwear, swimwear, or other intimate apparel due to hygiene reasons (unless damaged or defective)
